6-Month Internship - Global Store Design Team

Role Purpose:
Join our Global Retail Design team and gain unique exposure to Aesop's store designs and processes worldwide. You'll develop a deep understanding of the functional and aesthetic requirements for Aesop spaces.
Location: Paris, immediate start.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support complex architectural tasks: produce, edit, and update drawings, 3D models, and material selections.
- Review construction drawings and assist with project submissions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management.
- Maintain and update material sample and architectural libraries.
- Assist with inter-departmental requests and store design guideline updates.
- Coordinate invoicing, events, and ordering/shipping of items.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR-

Master degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or similar

School agreement for 6 months

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetic

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Proactive and innovative in presenting ideas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good command with 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D software (Rhino, Vray, Enscape), Adobe Suit (Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience in project management and coordination

Knowledgeable in modern and contemporary architecture
