The Facility Management Department, located at Euroairport Bâle-Mulhouse platform in the Swiss sector, is responsible for real estate, facilities and construction project management, services, maintenance & repairs.
As a Trainee you will be able to perform a wide range of tasks which will allow you to understand how the construction project management is organized. As part of the Facility Project & Maintenance team, composed of 10 people including 2 architects, you will also be supporting the whole Facility Management Department.
Main tasks:
- Support minor/major Facility Projects
- Create a 1/200e moke-up of our historical site with the help of our wood shop
- Manage small projects from concept design to implementation
- Organize & manage minor repair/maintenance
- Coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers
- Support Facility Management Processes
- React and support events and responses to emergencies
- Review space utilization (office space, meeting rooms, storage)
Expectations :
- Master 1 or 2 architecture school student
- 2 months minimum, beginning as soon as possible
- Able to use own initiative to resolve issues or propose appropriate solutions
- Able to work on own or as part of team
- Able to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Able to achieve targets & deadlines
- Good communicator, interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Good level of English. French or German also an advantage
- Open minded and curious
- Autocad, Office suite, Revit is a plus
